• 50% of your total purchase amount will be charged for order alteration/cancellation.
• 80% of your total purchase amount will be charged within 30 hours of pre-determined delivery.

【Delivery】

• We charge an extra fee NT$100~NT$300 for delivery.
• Delivery is just apply on both flower bouquet and flower basket categories only*
• Orders are delivered between 9am-6 pm for business addresses and 9am-9 pm for residential addresses.
• *Same day delivery service is not available on Sunday or Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
• There will be no time slot selection available on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day periods.
• All the orders will be delivered between 9am – 6pm on Valentine’s Day period (12th – 14th Feb) and Mother’s Day period.
